"I'm in my 3rd year of dealing with Ride West. While I have nothing but good things to say about Roman in sales, Bill in apparel, Omar, Sean, Jeff and all the parts guys, this is about the service department. Short on cash and long on desire, this Winter I undertook repairing many components on my '99 LT; clutch, rear main seal, clutch slave, shocks, steering damper, valves, brakes, etc. All I had going for me was fairly nice MC lift and the guys in service, specifically Mark and Eric. They understood my circumstances and were very empathetic when it came to my many questions. This is a tough bike to work on, and they made it known that they were there for me, my back-up, if you will. They made great recommendations, pointed me to the right parts, and saved me many hours of grief with their savvy advice. They didn't have to do this. They were simply true gentlemen lending a hand to a biker in need. It is gratifying to find this kind of extraordinary service at our hometown dealer when compared to the many stories I've read from around the country where this type of caring service would never be considered. "Jeff,
This morning a younger BMW rider coasted to a stop outside the Bomarc building at Everett Boeing where I work. A friend of mine and I both wondered what happened. Then about an hour later a RideWest van shows up. It looked like the technician was explaining the controls of a loaner bike, and possibly had loaded the bike to be repaired. Wow that is service! I am curious, how do you get that kind of service, buy a BMW?

"After unsuccessfully trying to quell my BMW lust by previously purchasing a lesser motorcycle, I contacted Ride West looking to trade up to a nice used machine. Thanks to excellent service and a confident yet low-key sales approach over the phone by John, I rode from near the Canadian border to "just take a look and get the feel." I was not attracted to the used R bikes I had originally sought, and since the XCountry had intrigued me, I looked into it. No hard sell, no manipulation or overselling by John (Sales) nor David (Finance). Even after my purchase both gentlemen fielded my inane questions and requests, reinforcing my overall feeling that I made a very right choice in buying my BMW from Ride West. This is bike #32 for me, and if there is a #33, it will most certainly be a Ride West-supplied machine."

"Thanks for everything. Roman was very helpful when i came into look at the used triumph last week, he even made sure to adjust the handlebars for the test drive. HIs care and good price is why i bought it.
I am also suprised and pleased that even though i bought an inexpensive used non-BMW, you delivered it for free, the driver would not even take a tip.
I have only had it one day, but I have told my friends about the store and Roman. I also appreciate the other salsman who had Triumph experience who took the seat off with the screw driver and got me the manual from the underseat pocket(i never would have found it)
